Company History

Versabanq is a company formed from the software development group at Pacific & Western Bank of Canada, a Schedule I Canadian bank. Incorporated in 2006, our initial products are the very mature and stable asset and deposit management systems which were developed and used in production for more than 7 years by Pacific & Western Bank.

In 2007 we separated operations from the bank and opened our first office in London, Ontario, Canada.

Versabanq is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pacific & Western Credit Corp., which also owns Pacific & Western Bank of Canada and trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol TSX:PWC.
